Cécille Records welcomes rising star Fleur Shore onto its roster with her ‘333’ EP, comprising three original cuts from the UK artist.

Rising up the ranks through the underground scene of the Birmingham, UK underground scene, Fleur Shore has grown to become a prominent figure in the underground House scene. Playing gigs at the likes of fabric, London, Kappa Futur festival, Amnesia and Ushuaïa Ibiza, as well as producing for the likes of The Martinez Brothers’ Cuttin’ Headz and Archie Hamilton’s Microhertz among others. Here though, Shore joins the roster of the widely revered Cécille imprint, continuing the labels recent mission to shine a light on dominant up and coming figures and bring a fresh take to the contemporary House scene.

‘333’ leads the EP with a swaying bass groove, string stabs and organic percussion intertwined with an amalgamation of choppy vocal cuts, while dynamic effects processing further fuels the subtly evolving, loop-led groove.

‘What Is This’ follows next with a nod to the roots of House, embracing a Chicago feel courtesy of a dynamic drum workout, tension building strings, weighty subs and hypnotic vocal loops throughout. ‘Blue Box’ then rounds out the release, strippingthings back to a raw, saturated rhythm section while jazzy synth licks, spoken word vocals and resonant leads ebb and flow throughout.
